The Condimento 30 L-Originale, which is acetified and aged in wooden barrels for over 30 years, is exclusively made of cooked and concentrated must from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes. It is a balanced blend of the producer's expertise and the slow unremitting passage of time. The result is this rich and mouth-watering condiment of the very highest quality, unique and exhilarating in flavour. 


Selected for its characteristics, this vinegar will delight the finest palate and can enhance all your dishes. It is ready to use on all kinds of dishes, from appetizer to dessert (tartar, foie gras, smoked salmon, sushi, caviar, strawberries, vanilla ice-cream, cheesecake…).

The Condimento 15 L-Originale is exclusively made of cooked and concentrated must from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes.


Acetified and aged for over 15 years in precious wooden barrels, it is the product of careful artisanal tradition which, combined with the right ageing period, which creates an excellent combination of fragrances and flavours with bitter-sweet undertones.


It's an unforgettable dressing ready-to-use on all kind of dishes, from appetizers to desserts (tartare, foie gras, smoked salmon, sushi, caviar, strawberries, vanilla ice-cream, cheesecake…).


Contained in the valuable bottle Calamaio, it reaches your table in a precious package together with a measuring cap and a tasting spoon.

AGEING: Minimum 15 and 30 years

INGREDIENTS: Cooked grape must of Trebbiano and Lambrusco grasse of Modena.

TMC: Product's life: 10 years. Expired date as indicate on the product label

STORAGE: Store and keep at room temperature

OGM: Free from OGM material in accordance with Regulation CE 1829/2003 e 1830/2003 e s.m.i.

ALLERGENS: The product contains Sulphites in accordance with European Directive 2003/89/EC e 2006/142

PROCCES:The balsamic condiment is exclusively made of cooked and concentrated Must from Trebbiano and Lambrusco grapes, aged in wooden barrels of different woods (oak,chestnut, cherry, aah, juniper, mulberry...) with annual transfert to acquire the precious perfumes of each wood. Befor bottling, the product is analyzed to check the riquired specificaton.

ASPECT: Liquid very creamy, shiny, intense brown.

COLOR: Shiny intense brown with gold and red reflections.

SMELL: Sweet-and-sour well balanced, intense and dedicate with fruit and woody hints

TASTE: Sweet-and-sour pleasantly balanced, fruity typical of cooked must, delicate and persistent
